Eye on the Bay "Odd Couple"

They are very different actually. Before the concept for this was born and during our promo briefing meeting about the show, they were constantly arguing and jabbing at each other. Then on our way out of the restaurant Liam threw down his cigar and Brian picked it up with the end of his umbrella.

The spot won the emmy for program promotion in 2009.

Roberta's Doppler spot

There was snow on the ground when we shot this emmy nominated spot. It was my first project working with the RED camera and Jesse Dana. I mention the snow, because Roberta Gonzales was an absolute trooper for the spot. She jumped into the icy cold lake and took three passes under our 30ft. Jib mounted camera before her triathlete partner/doctor pulled her out. It was good also to work with TechTV alum Rob Darcy .

Eric Ramin, Rich Cabatic (designers) and Pat Cilia (Design Director) deserve all of the credit on this one. They took the scrappy boards and really made something out of nothing when our budget was DOA. The archive footage was from archive.org. always a valuable resource for content or inspiration. 

The Office sings our jingle

How many times do you get the opportunity to have major stars read your wild lines in local TV?... pretty often actually. What you NEVER get is the chance to have actors read your line in character. The "44 cable 12" jingle was just hitting a marketing tipping point when we got a shot at the characters from "The Office"and they took it farther than we ever expected.
